Prices

Pricing:
How we arrive at a fee. The price of a business valuation report depends entirely on the amount of time and expense it requires to conduct interviews, inspect the premises, review and analyze financial information, review and analyze the markets in which the company participates, sort out the real value drivers in the subject business, find comparative data such as sales of similar companies, review and analyze some eleven different approaches to value to determine their relevance to the subject company, reconcile all of the data and various approaches to value, create and write a narrative report, review the report for accuracy, and present the report to the client.

Reports:
Depending on the complexity of the business and the factors noted in the above paragraph, our fees range from $1,500 and up. Our rate is below the rates charged by the large accounting/consulting firms because our overhead is substantially less. However, the quality and ease of understandability of our finished product is said to be, by many observers, superior. Also, we have more experience in valuing companies whose revenues are under $50 million. Visit our about us page to learn more about our business appraisals, business valuations, professional standing, location, and other interesting tidbits about our firm.
