A graduate of Parsons College with advanced study at the University
of Iowa, Mr. Reece has also completed over 1,400 hours of specialized
appraisal education. Mr. Reece has been a faculty member in the
Business and Finance Departments of the American Institute of Business
and the University of Miami. He has been a regular guest lecturer
at the University of Southern California. In the course of his career,
Mr. Reece has founded and served as an senior officer of one public
and two private companies.

on Appraising Closely Held Businesses in 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992,
1993.1994 1996, and 1998 Mr. Reece was a presenter at the 1992 conference
Attended the International Conference on Appraising Business Interests
sponsored by The American Society of Appraisers - 1990, 1998 and
2003 International Annual Conference. Regularly attend the Business
Appraisal Roundtable sponsored by the Los Angeles Chapter of the
American Society of Appraisers.
Attended the Annual Festivals of Education Sponsored by the National
Association of Master Appraisers - 1989, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95,
96, 97, 98, 99, 00, 01, 02, 03 and 04. Mr. Reece has been a presenter
at five of the Festivals.
Mr. Reece was the principal presenter at the first series of seminars
on the subjects of real estate appraisal and business appraisal
held in Moscow, Russia in October and November of 1991 sponsored
by the Moscow Charity Movement. It is widely believed that Mr. Reece
introduced the concepts of Appraisal to Russia and is the first
to have appraised real property in Russia using Western techniques
of appraisal.
Mr. Reece was a presenter at the conference on "Valuation
Problems In The Transitional Economy - International experience
and Russian practices; held in St. Petersburg, Russia - June 28,
29, 30, 1993 sponsored by the World Bank.
Mr. Reece was a presenter at the International Congress on Small
Business held in Moscow June 20, 21, and 22 1993.
Mr. Reece was a keynote speaker at the 2nd International Conference
of Appraising in a Transition Economy - Moscow Russia June 13-15,
1995.
Mr. Reece obtained a grant from the Eurasia Foundation (USA) to
create and implement a professional education program for the Republic
of Russia in the areas of real estate appraisal, business appraisal
and feasibility analysis. Ten textbooks were written and translated
into the Russian language. Mr. Reece taught an instructors development
workshop to train Russian teachers and also taught business appraisal
in several regions of Russia 1994-95). The educational program is
now being taught in all 30 regions of Russia on a regular basis.
The Russian Society of Appraisers, founded by Reece and three Russian
professionals has over 1,500 members.
Mr. Reece is an annual presenter (January 1997 - Feb 2004) at the
University of Southern California Executive Graduate School Engineering
class. The topic - Valuing Technology The 3 hour lecture is sent
via TV satalite to locations throughout the United States.
Mr. Reece was a presenter (April 1998) at the China Ministry of
Finance, Beijing China. Mr. Reece returned to China in November
1998 to deliver a series of lectures to the China Appraisal Society,
the Ministry of Finance and University professors on the topics
of valuing patents, technology and other intangible assets.

Leadership:
Mr. Reece is the 1998-1999 national president of the National Association
of Master appraisers, a sponsor member of the Appraisal Foundation.
He also served as an advisor to the Appraisal Foundation and is
currently serving a three year term as Trustee of the Appraisal
Foundation - Washington DC (Jan 2005 - 2008).
