About Us
Appraisers LLC Business Values and its partners have completed over 5,000 business valuations and business appraisals for companies with revenues ranging from $1 million to $100 million across virtually all major industries.
We are a specialized business valuation services firm serving business owners, CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys, boards of directors, and investors. Our clients have been taking high-quality business valuations to the IRS, government agencies investors, banks, buyers and sellers, attorneys and courts for over 30 years.
Valuing a business and its assets can be a complex undertaking (see sample report) and we provide solutions for a variety of business valuation assignments. Many of the business owners we interact with have never had a professional business appraisal for their company. As a result, we play an integral role as educators and present our findings in logical and easy to follow formats so clients and users of the business valuation reports have confidence in and understand our business appraisal process and conclusions.
The firm provides company valuations in connection with transactions, ESOPs, purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment (SFAS 141 and 142), gift and estate planning, general corporate purposes, and stock option and stock plans (SFAS 123R and IRC 409A). Our parent company Appraisers LLC also performs real estate related appraisals and valuations. We are not affiliated with an investment bank or other advisors and avoid conflicts of interest.
